Individuals 18 years or older who are male and are in recovery from substance use disorders or seeking to maintain sobriety. Accepts individuals participating in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with proper documentation.
Required documents
Photo ID, proof of income, medical or treatment records, documentation for prescribed medications when applicable.
