- Operates from November 1 through March 3.1
- Offers a bed to individuals and families who cannot stay at existing emergency shelters.
- Distributes blankets, hats, gloves, and hot beverages to individuals outside the shelter.
- Includes transportation to the shelter location.

- Accepts phone calls from community members reporting individuals who are homeless and in need of assistance.
