Provides in-home support services to individuals who are pregnant and families with children. Family Support Services More information: - Provides prenatal and parenting information, and child development screenings - Provides family goal planning and labor and delivery information - Offers transportation to doctor appointments, food banks, or grocery stores - Provides necessary materials for infants (diapers, pack n' plays, car seats, etc.) - Offers referrals to community resources
