Individuals enrolled in preschool or elementary school at Bester, Clear Spring, Eastern, Emma K. Doub, Fountaindale, Fountain Rock, Greenbrier, Jonathan Hager, Lincolnshire, Maugansville, Old Forge, Pangborn, Paramount, Pleasant Valley, Potomac Heights, Rockland Woods, Ruth Ann Monroe, Salem Avenue, Sharpsburg, Smithsburg or Williamsport Elementary School in Washington County.
Required documents
Registration form, health inventory signed by a physician, emergency care form and bank draft form.
