- Offers ramps, lifts, widened doors, railings, grab bars, stair lifts, and modified bathroom fixtures
- Provides vehicle aids such as hand controls, wheelchair lifts, spinner knobs, and pedal extenders
- Covers daily living aids, environmental controls, communication devices, hearing aids, and more
- Assistance limited to $7,500 per request once every 2 years
