The collaboration council monitors the availability and quality of programs and evaluates the collective impact of the system of services and supports with a set of performance measures, such as: tracking attendance in after school programs evaluating reading progress for elementary school students monitoring services for children with intensive needs from temporary care coordination to high fidelity wraparound services
