Individuals who are receiving Medical Assistance benefits who have no other means of transportation.
Call for appointment. Call at least 24-48 hours in advance of appointment for scheduling. If calling for the next day, must call before 3PM. CANNOT do same-day appointments. If calling on Friday, cannot schedule for Saturday.
