Public Health Departments More information: - Includes cancer screening, HIV testing and counseling, family planning, immunizations, and more - Services available for developmental disabilities, Medical Assistance recipients, and older adults - Environmental Health enforces regulations, conducts inspections, and issues permits as appropriate - Vital Records issues medical records and certified birth and death certificates - Coordinates medical transportation for eligible residents - Offers training on recognizing and responding to opioid overdoses to law enforcement and EMS - Operates a seasonal flu hotline
