Mental Healthcare Information and Referral, Substance Use Disorder Information and Referral, Education More information: - Offers regional coordinators to work with uniformed service members, veterans and their family members to access mental health and substance use services either through the VA health care system or community providers regardless of branch of service, era of service, or discharge status. Provides information and referrals regarding behavioral health treatment and supportive services - Provides education and training opportunities regarding military culture, barriers to care, evidence-based and best practices, and lived experience for healthcare and behavioral health providers, peers, first responders, and community groups
