Provides financial assistance to help individuals who are in danger of having their utilities turned off, being evicted from their homes, or not being able to afford their prescriptions. Emergency Financial Assistance More information: - Assistance is limited to once every 12 months for utility bills and evictions, and once every 3 months for medications
