Individuals 5 to 17 years residing in Montgomery County who have Medical Assistance, no insurance, or who are undocumented.

Open Mondays and Fridays 8:30AM to 5PM. Open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:30AM to 7PM.
