Aging and Disability Resource Center More information: - Provides assistance to help individuals find long-term support options, determine eligibility for public programs, and complete necessary forms to obtain services - Serves as a single point of entry to assist with Medicaid, Medicare, drug coverage, food assistance, home energy assistance, Supplemental Security Income, and more - Offers congregate nutrition sites and a senior center
